1. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions to DAIResearch renew automatically. You can disable auto-renewal at any time through your Workspace settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new individual subscribers. If you haven't generated more than 3 research reports and are unsatisfied with the tool, you can request a full refund via our support desk.
3. Enterprise Agreements
Refunds for enterprise and specialized organization accounts are governed by their primary service level agreement (SLA) and are generally non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun.
